Who we are
Consult Hotline is a matching service. We help adults who are considering a cosmetic or dental treatment arrange a consultation with a local clinic. We are not a clinic and we do not provide treatment or medical advice.

What we collect
- What you give us in a form: your first name, phone number, postal code, and your answers about the treatment you are considering.
- What you tell our coordinator on a call, such as the best time to reach you.
- Basic technical information, such as the page you visited and the ad that brought you here.
We ask only for what we need to arrange a consultation. Please do not send us medical records.
How we use it
- To call or message you about your request.
- To arrange a consultation with a clinic near you.
- To check with you afterwards how the consultation went.
- To understand which of our ads and pages are working.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share your details with one local clinic so that it can contact you about your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to any other clinic without asking you first.
We use service providers to run this site and receive your request, including website hosting and email. They handle your information only on our behalf. Some of them store or process information outside Canada.
Cookies and advertising
This site may use cookies and similar tools from advertising platforms, such as Meta, to measure how our ads perform. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request and to keep a record of it, and then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted or to have your details shared. Email hello@consulthotline.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Age
This service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
